Associate Customer Delivery Manager

Position Overview

As an Associate Delivery Manager, you will be an integral part of the fast-growing Delivery organization. As an Associate Delivery Manager, you will work with Customer Delivery Managers to own and manage customer accounts. You will provide support for standard and customized deliverables for customers of our integrated products and applications. This includes preparing project plans & specifications of standard and customized deliverables for customers across ZoomInfo's products and applications. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, an energetic team player, and can adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

The team consists of consultants, project managers, and various technical experts. Ultimately, Delivery is responsible for driving long-term customer satisfaction through bespoke solution delivery. The Customer Delivery team specifically provides consulting and project management services related to our SalesOS and TalentOS platforms. Strong candidates will have a desire to work cross-functionally within the Consulting & Strategy and/or the Customer Experience space.

Furthermore, candidates will have the opportunity to make an impact and drive results and achieve business impact for our clients, while further developing their technical, functional, and marketing strategy skills along the way.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Become a SalesOS, TalentOS, and additional add-on applications expert
  • Assist with client deliverables by providing documentation in support of strategic go-to-market consulting
  • Create project plans in support of client engagements
  • Provide documentation in support of strategic client consulting
  • Become a ZoomInfo champion and partner closely with your team and customers to achieve excellence in each phase of your projects.
  • Assist the Lead Delivery Manager(s) in gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, recommending, and implementing business solutions
  • Be a problem solver and find creative solutions, analyzing from multiple perspectives.
  • Provide documentation in support of the customers' expectations and requirements.
  • Master the art of "follow-through". Frequently update your delivery Manager(s) on timeline, tasks, risks, roles & responsibilities, etc.
  • Act as both a mentor and mentee, be willing and able to help others, and ask for guidance.
  • Proactively keep yourself abreast of ZoomInfo updates and project changes. Seek out opportunities to further your skillset and professional growth. We love initiative!
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline
  • 0-2 years of experience in SaaS, Consulting, Professional Services, Client Service or related field
  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple assignments while meeting various deadlines and priorities
  • Strong aptitude for critical thinking and logic problems with an appetite for problem-solving
  • Exceptional resourcefulness, planning and time management, attention to detail and process, and research skills
  • Passion for exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides skills.
