Job Description

New Hire Incentive: Earn up to $750.00 in cash and gift cards over the first year of employment when you come to work for Indian Head Casino. Available for applications received 8/09/2021 and after. Must be a new employee, current employees are not eligible for incentive.
Job Summary
Performs highly diversified duties, troubleshooting, routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on IHC and PTP buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. All work will be done in compliance with safety rules and regulations.
Skills/Experience Required or Preferred
At least 3 years experience in grounds and facilities maintenance required. Knowledgeable in maintenance procedures and methods with a good understanding electrical,
HVAC, plumbing and other systems. Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including hand and power tools. Excellent communication skill are essential. Must
maintain up to date and accurate records on work performed, and work needed.
Education
High School diploma or GED, training in building maintenance technology or relevant field preferred.
Certificates or Licenses
HVAC or refrigeration Certification
