Maintenance Technician-Housing

The Maintenance Technician performs a wide range of tasks including general cleaning; vacant unit preparation; necessary touch-up painting; light maintenance and groundskeeping.

Minimal Education:

High school graduate is preferred.

Minimal Experience:

Has the ability to use hand tools, small power tools, painting and floor care equipment with reasonable and acceptable skills.

Has knowledge of cleaning, maintenance, painting, gardening, and general handy person abilities.

Has working knowledge of pest control requirements.

Other Qualifications:

Certification in HVAC, electrical or plumbing work strongly preferred.
