The Executive Director leads all aspects of assisted living, memory support, and/or independent living community operations; revenue generation, staff development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, safety, etc. The Executive Director creates a culture of hospitality that focusses on customer and team member satisfaction.

  • Ensure resident, guest, and team member satisfaction through exceptional customer service, experience personalization, and goal development.

  • Develop and execute business strategy to excel operational and financial targets.

  • Champion community brand to drive occupancy through sales and marketing strategy.

  • Manage state, federal, and company regulatory compliance.

  • Perform human resources: recruitment, staff development, payroll, etc.

  • Collaborate with department directors to delegate and drive accountability.

  • Complete other duties as assigned.

  • The Executive Director must have passion for cultivating hospitality and safety focused atmosphere for seniors, families, guests, and team members.

  • Minimum three years experience operating Assisted Living, Memory Support, or Independent Living community as Executive Director/Assisted Living Administrator.

  • Bachelors Degree in Healthcare, Gerontology, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Valid state administrator license where required.

  • Valid driver license and private vehicle for business use required.

  • Ability to pass background and drug screens.
