Customer Quality Engineer

1. Visit customers as planned and complete the visit record.

2. Establish unobstructed customer communication channels and timely deliver customer information to the internal.

3. Prepare responsive materials for quality meetings required by customers.

4. Timely communicated with customers about the company's quality improvement activities, organized and dealt with customer complaints.

5. Reach agreed quality objectives and quality assurance agreements with customers, and organize the realization of their objectives and requirements.

6. Agree on the return mode of after-sales parts with customers, and organize the return work of after-sales parts.

7. Carried out the analysis work according to the "After-sales return part analysis process", and completed the summary sheet on time.

8. Ensure that customer claims invoices and returns are accounted for clearly.

9. Track the effectiveness of breakpoints for measures that have been executed.

10. Timely deal with customer complaints, ensure to give customer feedback within 24 hours, and maintain good communication and relationship with customers


Educational Background:

Bachelor degree and above, major in machine or material science preferred

Experience:

  • At least 5 years experience in customer quality related work in automotive industry.
  • Serve Tesla customer is preferred.


Knowledge & skills:

  • Good in English, both verbal and written and communication ability
  • Master 5 main tools of quality(APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA)
  • Familiar with IATF16949 standard of quality system
  • Familiar with related products and processes is preferred(automotive seating component: such as frame、headrest、trim and so on)
