Residential Manager

Signing bonus of $1,000 for any Direct Support Staff, RN, LPN, or Residential Manager.

ROTATING ON-CALL SYSTEM: NOT ON-CALL 24/7



REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors or Master Degree in related human services field preferred
  • DDS experience preferred
  • Experience with behavioral individuals preferred
  • Valid Connecticut Driver's license and eligibility for Network, Inc.'s auto Insurance
  • Obtain and maintain medication certification, First Aid/CPR, PMT certification, Annual Inservice and other resident specific medical and habilitative needs training
  • Five+ years experience in human service field at the supervisory level
  • To be available and flexible as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly supervises and evaluates Assistant Manager and Residential Aides
  • Oversee all resident and house finances and submit records as required
  • Comply with all Agency and Department of Developmental Services regulations and policies
  • Carryout and communicate emergency action plans
  • Provide quality assurance continually throughout the licensing review period
  • Oversee all aspects of medical Administration in conjunction with agency nursing
  • Oversee staff scheduling
  • Provide on-call coverage on rotating basis
  • Coordinate, oversee and follow up on all resident medical appointments in conjunction with agency nursing
  • Operate within parameters of staffing budget and household budget
  • Schedule and attend all Individual Plan meetings and complete and distribute all needed reports
  • Oversee reporting of all maintenance and safety issues
  • Schedule staff meetings on a consistent basis (Minimum quarterly or more as needed
  • Ensure incident reports are documented as needed and reviewed prior to submission in a timely manner
  • Reviews end of the month data and submit as scheduled.
