Education:

• Bachelor's degree

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in an HR/IT/HRIS or Operations function
• Experience with Privacy and Compliance
• HR Data Audits & Data Maintenance Experience
• Workday Experience and Workday Reporting Experience and Release Management is a huge plus
• Extensive experience working with HR data, data quality, and HR Security management
• Knowledge of privacy, legal and compliance regulations such as GDPR across regions
• Workday Report Writing Skill
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of data privacy and regulations

Responsibilities:

• Manage existing global HR technology operations supporting
• Data management (HR data quality, metrics, privacy, migrations etc.)
• SOX audits & controls
• Global Data privacy
• Provide input into the informational technology strategy and operationalize privacy requirements against requirements & controls.
• Ensuring effective, controlled, and compliant HR processes and systems that meet internal audit and external regulatory requirements.
• Provide solutions leadership in support of any Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures as it relates to HR data and systems integration HCM Systems
• Maintain system compliance with IT Risk and Data privacy policies, inclusive of GDPR and other local privacy regulations for systems within the global HR organization
• Developing and managing program metrics and reporting which includes reports and readouts to Senior Leadership
• Management and oversight of the system/enhancement release schedule as it relates to with Privacy and Compliance
• HR Data Audits & Data Maintenance Experience
