We have recently engaged with a very progressive, well run and financially stable Hospice organization in the Jacksonville area. They are an organization that is committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and quality care for each member of the family.

Our client is offering the following benefits:

• Annual Salary: $50,000 to $58,000 Full Time or $30 - $35 – Part Time
• Health Insurance-Employer More Than 70% Of Premium

• .40 Cent Mileage Reimbursement
• Paid Time Off
• Retirement Package: 403(b) With 5% match
• Supplemental Coverage-Life Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability, etc.

Responsibilities:

• The LPN Will Maintain A Case Load Of About 20 Patients
• Patients Per Day-4 On Average
• Monday – Friday

Requirements:

• LPN In The State Of Florida
• 1 Year Of Hospice Or Palliative Care Experience-Preferred
• Acute Care Experience Considered
