Software engineering is the application of engineering to software development and support in a systematic method. The roles in this position will cover all primary development activity across the technologies required to deliver code with high quality to our applications and services, to understand customer needs, and to develop product roadmaps.
These roles include, but are not limited to analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, deployment, standards, best practices, documentation, research, maintenance. As with every role in the company, each position has a requirement to build quality into every application and service. This also includes evaluating new tools/techniques/strategies, automation of common tasks, and building common utilities to drive organizational efficiency with a passion for effective solutions, inspiring future capabilities, and applying technology in new and innovative ways.

Primary Responsibilities:
All phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design and code development, testing, deployment, and support
- Collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to design and implement new product features
- Designing reusable frameworks, libraries, APIs, and node.js components
- Working closely with the principal engineers understand strategic visions
- Lead technology decisions, drive product implementation and delivery
- Troubleshooting production support issues post-deployment and implement long-term solutions
- Demonstrate substantial depth of knowledge and experience in RESTful APIs, Azure Services, and Node.js development

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years in the software engineering profession with demonstrated success designing and building high-quality, commercial software applications
- 2+ years of development experience using Node.js
- 2+ years developing Restful APIs
- 2+ years working with CI\CD
- 1+ years practical experience of developing solutions hosting within key major cloud providers such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud and Azure
- 1+ years of development experience using React
- Experience in using modern software engineering and product development tools including Agile, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, DevOps etc.
- Solid experience of operating in a quickly changing environment and driving technological innovation to meet business requirement
- Proven track record of building relationships across cross-functional teams

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
