Customer Service and Billing Support
Job Description
We are looking for a customer service oriented person to join our growing business. We are a busy Telecommunications company providing VoIP phone services and products to businesses across North America. The ideal candidate should have data entry experience, have great communications skills and be detail oriented. This person should be confident in problem solving and investigating issues as they arise. This person needs to be comfortable working with different departments including tech support, order processing, sales, billing etc. Communication is key! This person will work with a team and also need to be a self starter able to work well without constant supervision. You must either be knowledgeable in the VoIP industry or confident in your learning ability. We will not expect you to be an expert immediately and are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Assisting customers with billing questions
- Processing customer requests
- Working with the team on new orders
- Responding to customer email inquiries
- Working with our team and customers to gather information
- Using the ticket system & billing portal
- Data entry
- Additional tasks will be given based on performance.
