Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring a Payroll Auditor for one of our top clients in Reynoldsburg, OH.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Payroll Associate Analyst is responsible for researching and approving payments, executing of payroll processes within the HCM/Oracle Cloud payroll system, data integrity in Kronos Workforce Dimensions, and providing assistance to the Payroll Auditors and leadership team.

Key projects and responsibilities may include activities such as:

• Garnishment end to end processing escalated case research and decisions, calculation of pay that is compliant with laws, SOX and operational control audits
• Provide technical and analytical support to these routine processes as well as ad-hoc payroll activities and issue remediation.
• Process garnishment requests and validates calculations to ensure processed accurately in compliance with Law.
• Analyze, research, and decision escalated cases assigned from HR Direct for all payroll-related issues.
• Offer support to others as needed for routine work, ad-hoc requests, projects, and other departmental initiatives

What would a typical day look like in this role as far as workload?
