Jr. Support Technician (Deskside)

Title: Jr. Support Technician
Location: Lincolnshire, IL - ONSITE only

Must Have Skills:
1. 3 years Tech Support experience
2. A+ Certification
3. Ticketing Experience - Service Now preferred
3. Hands on & customer service experience
4. Strong Interpersonal skills

Day to Day Responsibility:
1. Configure, install, update and troubleshoot Mac & Windows OS
2. 5-10 tickets daily for internal users
3. Provide education and support to new users, including new hire setup
