Field Service Technician

One of Medix’s largest faith-based, non-profit healthcare systems in the greater Dallas Fort-Worth area, with over 23,000 employees, is looking to expand. They are actively looking to add additional Field Service Tech to their team in their Rockwall location to continue production on several ongoing projects. This Field Service Tech will work in a team setting providing on-site support in replacing all clinical devices with new client devices.

Job Description - Windows 10 Migration

• Device imaging [desktop / laptop]
• Organization
• Logging devices in Asset Manager
• Prepping devices for pickup and delivery
• Unboxing / Staging
• Hardware deployment and configuration
• Hardware delivery
• Troubleshooting existing devices and newly installed
• Platinum+ level personality
• Face-to-Face interactions with Physicians and office staff
• Travel to multiple sites and back to North Point home-base.
• Sometimes all in one day.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must have’s:

• Couple of years in the field - face to face interactions.
• Great personality - will have to deal with upset staff members time to time.
• Unboxing equipment, replacing devices.
