About this role:

As a Lead Analytics Consultant within HR's People Analytics Team, you will design and deliver strategic analysis, dashboards, and data visualizations in support of our HR Business Partner teams and the senior executives that they serve across the business. You will help leaders understand their workforce, make data-driven decisions, and improve the effectiveness of their human capital strategies.

You will build analytics roadmaps and alignment across stakeholders to implement solutions in iterative and incremental ways. You will be a leader and hands-on with supporting and advocating for our team and our clients.

In this role, you will:
  • Participate in a cross-functional, geographically distributed team to strategize, plan and execute reporting and analytics solutions that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk in an Agile framework
  • Execute on full lifecycle of executive requests: requirements gathering, relationship management, analytical approach, risk management, documentation, and presentation
  • Conduct advanced human capital analyses, including but not limited to talent acquisition and retention trends, employee engagement, and workforce demographics
  • Understand how to navigate/mine multiple data environments necessary to perform complex analyses
  • Develop automated, sustainable routines for extracting information from various data sources
  • Proactively manage data gaps/accuracy, while ensuring the integrity of analysis through rigorous attention to detail and validation
  • Follow controls and processes within the business to ensure adherence to relevant risk management, legal and compliance expectations, and requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Tableau experience
  • 4+ years of SQL experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience pulling and aggregating data from multiple sources
  • Strong communication skills with experience synthesizing findings into actionable insights and impactful presentations
  • Business mindset with strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Consulting experience, preferably with senior leaders
  • Knowledge and understanding of databases and data mining techniques
  • Workday development experience
  • Ability to present and discuss information in a way that persuades, educates and enhances understanding at all levels
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
