Production Manager Manufacturing

Position requirements:

We need a Production Manager that understand how to produce food in massive quantities consistently daily. Fill out production reports and communicate with departments heads

• Responsibilities:

• Train team members on proper food preparation, health requirement standards and kitchen safety techniques
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance
• Employee Time Management accountability.
• Monitor quality of products and services produced
• Monitor daily production schedule with Production Manager for Orders to optimize On-Time Completion and delivery
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Maintain health standards for raw and finished products
• Seeks direction and takes responsibilities for deadlines and tasks when appropriate
• Proactive with daily/weekly planning and forecasting
• Able to lead and mentor a team

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in operations management or other related fields, 5years
• Knowledge of common food safety practices (or willing to learn on your own time)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Knowledgeable with Inventory practices
