The Assistant SalesManager maintains close watch of Sales Professionals ensuring our process is being followed to the fullest extent. This allows for our Sales staff to run properly and guarantees a happy customer.
Expectations:

Oversee Early Intervention with Leadership team
Greet every guest within 5 minutes of arrival

Oversee sales teams customer experience
Ensure sales team are moving customers through the sales process from Meet & Greet to Needs Assessment to Demonstration to Presentation of Numbers in a timely manner
Insert expertise to move sales forward in timely manner

Oversee Touch the Desk
Making contact with 100% of customers before they leave

Coaching of Sales Team & BDC
-
1 on 1 weekly session with each team member
Review Calls from the week & make calls together for coaching session
30 Minute session with each team member
Making sure each team member reaches daily goal activities

Contact Daily Hit List Provided By BDC Manager
Missed Appointments from Day Before

Hot Leads that havent set appointments

Presentation of Numbers
Present payment options to all customers
Will receive opportunity to talk to any customer about numbers if not agreed to upon the 1st pencil
