Digital Innovation and Product Delivery Support (Hybrid Schedule Eligible)

We are currently seeking someone to fill our Digital Banking and Product Delivery Support role in Wichita, KS. This role is responsible for digital banking product support, analytics, and supporting the product development process. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule.

Essential functions of the role:
Digital Banking Support
- Monitor digital platform performance including reported issues, escalated tickets, and outages. Actively engage in troubleshooting with internal resources and vendor partners.
- Diagnose reported issues, identify trends, isolate and define relevant details and communicate effectively with vendors and internal partners.
- Lead communication and coordination of user acceptance testing for platform releases including creating and coordinating the test plan and testing resources, updating documentation, obtaining appropriate approvals, and adhering to change management procedures.
- Work with internal and external partners to optimize performance and enhance the customer experience. Gather feedback and prioritization of enhancements from stakeholders. Create wireframes to document desired enhancements.
- Partner with Retail, Commercial, Operations, Marketing and Compliance and other internal/external support teams to ensure successful implementation of digital banking products that align with defined product roadmap.
- Responsible for assessing operational feasibility of new and current digital products and services.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate documentation.
Analytics
- Track and monitor metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of digital products.
- Conduct product pricing analysis.
Support Product Development Process
- Analyze market trends and coordinate with internal and external resources to identify new and enhanced technologies.
- Research, evaluate and recommend methods, practices, and digital product solutions to support business line objectives.
- Effectively engage with vendors throughout new solution evaluations, product development, as well as ongoing relationship support.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 1-3 years of related experience
