ELINT Systems Integration Engineer ***Up to $40k Sign On Bonus* with Security Clearance

Job Location: Greenville, TX Candidates with ACTIVE DoD security clearances will be elgible to receive the following sign on bonus: Top Secret: Up to $40,000 ELINT Systems Integration Engineer We are currently seeking a ELINT Systmes Integration Engineer for our Greenville, TX location. The ELINT Systems Integration Engineer will be responsible for test and integration of complex specialized hardware/software ELINT systems installed on ground and airborne ISR platforms. Essential Functions: * Works closely with the customer to comprehensively test new and legacy system functionality. Will plan and execute integration testing in a Systems Integration Laboratory and on airborne and ground-based platforms. Verifies and validates new baseline functionality while ensuring legacy functionality continues to work as intended. * Will interface with other Systems Engineers, Agile Development Engineering, Flight Line Test, Product Development and Project Engineering to understand new baseline functionality. * Follows existing standards to document system testing status and anomalies with system hardware and software and verifies subsequent anomaly fixes. * Interfaces with the customer to ensure their satisfaction with system performance. * Authors end-user documentation regarding operation of our ELINT products. * Will work with management to develop and adhere to schedules and budgets required to accomplish assigned work. Will provide regular status updates for ongoing work efforts to management and the customer. Qualifications: * Bachelor degree, preferably in a technical field, with four (4) years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and military experience may also be considered. * Operational experience with Tasking, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination of ELINT data from an airborne ISR platform. * Detailed knowledge of ELINT receiver systems, signal analysis equipment and techniques. * Experience with ELINT databases such as EPL, CED, EWIR, MIDB, etc. * Must be a U.S. citizen with a current or recently-held Top Secret/SCI DoD security clearance, and be able to maintain required clearance. * Must be able to pass and maintain a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Class 3 Flight Physical, and be willing to participate in airborne test flights. * Proficiency with common office desktop applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. * Must be able to work occasional weekend or overtime hours, as required. Preferred Additional Skills: * Experience as a USAF RC-135 Combat Systems Officer (CSO) / Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO) is preferred. Electronic Warfare Officers with experience on other airborne platforms and experienced ELINT Analysts are also encouraged to apply. * Experience with Specific Emitter Identification (SEI) tools and techniques. * Experience with ELINT analysis tools such as MATLAB, MARTES, Gale-Lite, etc. * Knowledge and experience in generating system level requirements and integration and test plans.
