The position will lead and motivate staff to achieve financial and qualitative goals. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality service and patient satisfaction, handling staff issues (including scheduling, conflict resolution, training, and employee development), maintaining office flow, and communicating with doctors, staff, and patients.
