We are actively looking for a motivated Laboratory Manager to join our lab.
In this position, you will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused, and challenging environment, supporting BoulderGX’s overall mission: promoting health and wellness solutions based on evidence-driven, precision diagnostics.
Duties and Responsibilities.
Responsibilities
• Perform Work Functions and Keep Records as per Approved SOP’s and/or Laboratory Policies
• Receive/Log Samples
• Maintain approved LIM System Changes
• Act as Liaison between Customers & Lab to Facilitate Completion of Work
• Partner with Customer Operations to resolve customer service issues and also support onboarding process for new clients
• Be dedicated to the highest standards of quality and adhere to all safety, regulatory, and quality requirements
• Meet regularly with direct reports to provide coaching and feedback for their development
• Provide on-site, telephone, and electronic support to BoulderGX personnel—including laboratory staff, laboratory sales representatives, and BoulderGX executives
• Engage in continuous process and service level improvements.
• Responsible for administering and managing policies and procedures.
• Perform administrative duties, as needed.
• Resolution of missing information for billing support
Qualifications
• BS/BA degree in Biological Sciences, related field, or equivalent
• 3 or more years of Laboratory Operations/Logistics experience
• 1 year or more of supervisory experience
• Must demonstrate positive leadership skills
• Must be a self‐starter and self‐directed worker
• Must be professional, detail-oriented, self‐motivated, innovative, creative, assertive, organized, communicative, and have the ability to work independently
• Ability to use a personal motor vehicle for company business required
• Must be able to drive on behalf of the organization
• Must maintain familiarity with regulatory/quality compliance, including FDA, CLIA, COLA, OSHA, etc.
• Proficient with Laboratory Information Systems
