Service Sales Manager

We're currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team!

This individual would be responsible for representing Sepro in a positive manner while promoting new service portfolios and being the liaison between the Service and Sales Team.

EXPECTATIONS OF THIS ROLE:

• Promotion and sales of Service products
• Improvement of customer satisfaction
• Increase the Service turnover
• To maintain communication with Sepro France and North America, Service Technicians and Sales Team
• And any other tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 – 4 years sales experience
• Specialized knowledge in plastic, automotive, metal handling and palletizing
• Bachelors Degree
• Must be able to work out of the corporate office; 8a.m.-5p.m. Mon-Friday
• Being able to speak Spanish is a plus

• High level of detail orientation and accuracy
• A self-starter; independent and able to solve problems even when limited information is available
• High awareness of confidential material
• Professional attitude
• Team Player
• Good organizational and planning; ability to manage multiple priorities

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
• Sitting at a computer desk for a prolonged period of time.
• The ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies.
