Career Opportunity:

We are actively seeking Production Associates to join our team in Mooresville, NC! These are PART-TIME 2nd shift positions: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-7:00pm AND 7:00pm-12:00am. These positions pay $16.75/hour.

Work Responsibilities:

As the Production Associate, you will:

• Support quality standards

• Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocol

• Communicate material needs for future capacity requirements

• Support the Inventory Control System

• Inspect merchandise, checking for quality and condition

• Distribute items to their accurate location considering all factors

• Input clear customer account notes in internal computer systems

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Other tasks as required to meet team goals

Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of prior warehouse, production or distribution experience preferred but not required

• Previous Inventory Management experience preferred

• Ability to perform varied and repetitive warehouse tasks including operation of forklift, hand truck and manual lifting of boxes

• Overtime opportunities available as needed

• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks; ability to plan and think ahead

• Proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail

• Possess excellent time-management abilities, high motivation and independence

• Illustrate sense of urgency, flexibility and ability to work in a changing work environment where continuous improvement is encouraged
