Job Details

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Demand Generation team and agency partners to execute and own paid search & paid social channel initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of digital media experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Data-oriented, able to interpret metrics and large datasets and make decisions based on analysis
  • Extremely detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and a self-starting work style
  • Ability to make sound recommendations that are backed by clear insights and clean data
  • Experience with digital technologies and marketing automation software (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM (nice to have).
  • Expert with Google Ads and LinkedIn campaign execution, always leveraging the latest in platform tools and functionality. Facebook experience a plus.
Primary Job Duties
  • Own paid media/social execution (Google Ads, LinkedIn), whether through management of our agency partners, doing inhouse, or a combination.
  • Build or direct agency Google Ad campaigns that support the media strategy continually optimizing on ad performance (keywords, headlines, targeting, etc.).
  • Build paid social campaigns on LinkedIn that support the media strategy continually optimizing for performance improvement.
  • Keeping a pulse on day-to-day paid media performance, trends, and nuances.
  • Supporting reporting requirements through Google Analytics, custom dashboards, and internal reporting capabilities.
