If you are hired, you will be...
  • Learning and mastering Rushable's product suite from top to bottom.
  • Providing onboarding support for clients who are newly signed up with us.
  • Proactively studying the restaurant menu provided and seek to understand.
  • Communicating with both the internal team and the client to ensure high quality menu upload.
  • Configuring settings on client's website, DNS, tablet, and Rushable Dashboard.
  • Providing on-going support for restaurants as needed on daily basis.


Your must-to-haves are...
  • Eligibility to be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Have a reliable transportation for work related travel (e.g. ship devices).
  • Be able to adapt to changes and enjoy being in a startup.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese.


Your nice-to-haves are...
  • Carry 3+ years of experience in CX related role.
  • Have the knowledge of online ordering and POS systems.
  • Have some website design or DNS knowledge.
  • Used to work in a restaurant environment.
