Licensed Mental Health Counselor (P/T Contract)

InnerSourced Solutions is seeking to hire a part-time independently licensed, contractual therapist to provide individual and family therapy. This is an independent, 1099-contractor position and requires a minimum of 10 hours per week of direct client contact is required, with considerable room to grow (up to full-time, if desired). This is a HYBRID position ~ some sessions may temporarily be provided virtually due to Covid 19. Applicants MUST be able and willing to provide face to face sessions in the home, office or community if the client desires.

We offer competitive compensation and a supportive work environment. We handle all insurance credentialing and billing. You create your own schedule (mornings, afternoon, evening and weekend hours), see your clients and generate your notes in our HIPAA-compliant, EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Meet with assigned clients in individual and/or family sessions.
• Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards
• Complete clinical notes and other paper work as required
• Maintain consistent contact with referral sources and work cooperatively with other members of the client’s treatment team
• Uphold with high regard, the confidentiality of clients and follow all HIPPA guidelines
• Strict adherence to COMAR and CARF standards both in practice and in documentation

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field
• Licensed in the State of Maryland as a LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT or LCADC
• Must possess or obtain Malpractice Insurance
• Must possess or obtain certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Must pass background checks
• Maryland driver’s license & reliable personal vehicle
  

Compensation: $50-60 per billable hour based on RELEVANT paid mental health counseling / psychotherapy experience.

Experience: Minimum of 2-years experience diagnosing and treating mental illness
