Position Summary:
Responsible for the daily operations of the functions in a bar/restaurant. Oversee, direct, and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership of the restaurant staff necessary to achieve objectives in guest service and satisfaction, sales, costs, employee retention, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Position Details:
- Promote, act, and work in a manner consistent with our policies
- Ensure that all food and products are served consistently according to recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards
- Assist with staffing and scheduling
- Guest Service, Table Touching, and Guest Interaction a must
- Demonstrate knowledge of the entire menu and preparation
- Inventory Management and Ordering
- Knowledge of POS, Reporting, and Forecasting
- Inventory Management
- Control Daily Cash Management within the Restaurant
- Achieve company objectives is sales, service, quality, appearance, sanitation and cleanliness
- Actively participates as a member of the management team.
- Actively participate in team building, training and hiring of staff
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous restaurant management experience (Minimum of 1 Year)
- Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule (including weekends & holidays).
- Minimum age 21 years.
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience in full service (including bar) restaurant management
- Certification in food safety.
- Computer skills.
