We are looking for enthusiastic landscapers for the lawn crew. We work in teams of two or three. Driver’s license preferred. Experience driving with a trailer is a big plus. We take pride in our work and value team players who are punctual, dependable, flexible, willing to go the extra mile. Potential for advancement to estimating and sales. • Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns • Weeding and mulching landscape beds • Trimming hedges and shrubs • Planting shrubs and flowers • Monitoring and maintaining lawn and plant health • Thatching and aerating lawns. • Installing new lawns with loam, seed, and fertilizer. • Spring and Fall Cleanups • Monitor the sprinkler systems for adequate coverage • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. • Proficient use and knowledge of all landscape equipment. • Great communication skills and strong mechanical aptitude. • Irrigation repair skills and adjusting timers is a plus. Pay is based on experience. Minimum $18 for less experienced (or no drivers license) and more (based on years of experience) plus overtime. Bilingual applicants welcome.
