Senior Customer Success Manager

Spearheaded by a leadership team with longstanding career histories in the industry and profound knowledge on how to disrupt it, they have grown to 108 FTEs, raised multi-million USD in venture capital and generated an 8-figure revenue in their first 2 years of trading.


They are now entering into the next phase of their growth and seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team


What You Will Do:

  • Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
  • Own the complete customer experience from opening an account, providing a quote to handling a complaint
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Maintaining customer relationship management (CRM/ERP) tools
  • Support the sales team and partners.


The ideal profile will have:

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone interaction skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Have a growth mindset and be willing to wear multiple hats and learn new skills
