Job Details

• To plan, organize, lead and control the Quality Process and ensure all products and services are delivered to the customer’s quality expectations., as well as, meet all Company quality standards;

• To plan, organize, lead and control the activities surrounding the development, documentation and implementation of Company policies, procedures and directives necessary to achieve the over-all goals and objectives of the Company;

• Monitor and improve the delivered quality of Company products and services through Customer Support, contract and sales agreement review, complaint investigation, failure investigation, complaint trending, product quality and risk assessment, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventative action activity.
