Hotel Maintenance at Alexis Hotel & Banquets

Alexis Hotel & Banquets in Dallas, TX is looking for one hotel maintenance to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 7815 B LBJ Freeway. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer requests
• Assist guests with repair needs
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and building with little to no supervision
• identify and use shut off valves for emergency needs
• Communicate with any and all departments about tasks completed or need attention
• Proficient on air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and/or general building management.
• Must have an understanding of how to operate tools and equipment
• Troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment
• Must be willing to perform cleaning after any engineering-related duties.
• Perform entry level troubleshooting of hotel Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Licensed in a trade preferred but not needed
