Living Resources is seeking aProgram Manager for our Schenectady Site Based Day Habilitation. Hours are Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm.

The Program Manager will supervise and oversee the provision of services for individuals, who attend our Site Based Day Habilitation program, as determined by the Interdisciplinary Team.

The Program Manager will function as an advocate for the individuals by helping to identify valued outcomes or personal goals.

  • Ensure communication exist between all members of the treatment team.

  • Serve as a contact with the guardian/family/correspondent.

  • Function as liaison with other agencies/programs.

Pay: $21.75 40 hours/week

Qualifications:

Associates degree in a human service related field and a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with the developmentally disabled population, required.

Bachelors degree in a human service related field and a minimum of one (1) year experience working with people with ID/DD, highly preferred.

3+ years of experience with clinical behavior support, 3-5 years of managerial experience and a valid NYS drivers license, required.

Must have the ability to function as a team leader, demonstrate good verbal & written communication skills and coordinate the overall planning & implementation of individual program plans. Strong organizational skills are a must.
