Customer Service Associate

This is where you come in

A Customer Service Associate's primary aim is to deliver industry-leading front-line support for Bellhop customers and pros. They make complex tasks feel like a breeze and demonstrate excellent customer service by establishing trust with pros and customers in the midst of stressful situations. It is a fast paced, highly challenging, and highly rewarding job!

People who excel at this position are creatively helpful, able to perform well in high-stress situations, enjoy problem solving, and are comfortable improvising. They take ownership of complicated situations and are the backbone of our logistics operation.

This is a 6 month seasonal position starting in May.

What you can look forward to owning:

* First point of contact with customers and pros via phone, email, text, and chat.
* Develop a thorough understanding of Bellhop's service as well as internal policies.
* Identify and resolve service failures and customer complaints.
* Use company policies to make financial decisions to minimize the cost of mistakes while maintaining a high level of customer service.
* Improve processes and find new ways to add value to the company by providing feedback to leadership on operational challenges.

We are excited if you have:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence when speaking to customers and pros
* Ownership mentality when presented with complicated operational challenges
* Ability to multitask
* Excellent organization and attention to detail
* Personable with a positive attitude and a desire to collaborate
* Ability to work a potentially variable schedule (30-40 hours per week) as dictated by business needs
* You are at least 18 years of age
* Starts at $14/hr
* Must be able to work out of our office located at Warehouse Row if you are based in Chattanooga, TN
