Cardiovascular Sonographer

An established critical access hospital located near Bedford, VA has full-time, permanent Cardiovascular Sonographer opportunity for professionals looking to build their career. Looking for multiple motivated, team oriented individuals to join the team of a winning culture!

• Cardiovascular Sonographerconducts tests on pulmonary or cardiovascular systems of patients for diagnostic purposes. This position also conducts electrocardiograms. The Cardiovascular Sonographer creates preliminary reports for physician’s review and interpretation.
  
• Full-time, permanent direct hire
  
• 8 hour day shifts, 40 hours per week

Cardiovascular Sonographer Qualifications:

• Preferred to have at least one of the following Certifications:
  
• Registered as a Vascular Technologist (RVT)
  
• Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS)
  
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
  
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)
  
• RDCS Adult Echo (AE)
  
• One of these listed credentials must be completed through American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or by the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
