Key Details:

• Office located in Cataumet, MA
• Full-time, 8-5 or 9-6 Monday – Friday
• Quarterly bonuses
• Potential for travel to yearly trade shows

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Learn our innovative, custom design software and provide top notch technical service to our customers. Opportunities for growth and advancement at a company that will value you as much as we do our customers.

Tier 1:

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers
• Guide customers through common tech support topics
• Process customer orders and upgrades
• Utilize Microsoft Teams, Gold-Vision CRM, and other in-house data base systems
• Follow current procedures and document new processes as necessary
• Update customer information in databases

Tier 2:

• Diagnose and resolve in depth technical tickets
• Create custom programming requests for customers
• Collaborate with Development on projects and program updates

Required Skills/Experience:

• Previous computer/technical experience and/or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (based on experience level)
• Basic understanding of programming skills
• Excellent customer relationship building skills
• Intrinsic desire to learn and grow
• Positive attitude
• Effective problem-solving strategies
• Meticulous attention to detail

Specialty Skills/Experience (not required but highly sought!):

• Familiarity with KCD Software or other design program experience
• Experience with CNC machining
• Woodworking or construction experience
