A real estate organization located in New York City is actively seeking a self-motivated and hardworking professional to join their staff as their new FP&A Analyst. In this role, the FP&A Analyst will be responsible for building out the FP&A function for the company.

Responsibilities

The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for:

• Working with the corporate accounting team, and other areas of finance throughout the company
• Building out models for budgeting and forecasting for senior management to make business decisions for the company
• Completing other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to decipher data
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized
• Strong attention to detail
