Position Overview: Are you an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Executive who's worked in the Federal marketplace with a specific focus in the Intelligence Community? Do you have access to and relationships within various national intelligence agencies? Have you supported national level intelligence programs? If your experience includes operational, analytical, or research support to national level HUMINT and All-Source organizations then you may be the perfect addition to our team. Once selected you will lead growth activities and client engagements driving the full spectrum of cyber and intelligence-related activities, including cyber intelligence, analytics, collections / processing, tradecraft development, sensors, network operations, critical asset protection, and computer network operations (CNO). Implementing marketing and engagement strategies to achieve annual revenue goals, the ideal candidate will understand all phases and aspects of federal government business development and capture management, including teaming strategies, business negotiations, as well as the ability to recognize and act upon opportunities addressing related projects. Travel may be required to cultivate new and ongoing business endeavors. This position is based in Virginia and primarily supports customers in the Washington, DC Metro Area. The successful candidates will work from our offices on classified pursuits and can work from home on unclassified pursuits. Requirement * 15+ years of experience supporting national level intelligence agencies focused on HUMINT operations, analysis, and science & technology
* Must have established relationships in the national security and cyber security market
* 10+ years of diversified experience, primarily within the business development, capture management in the realm of a large, multinational company
* A proven track record of successfully opening doors and building relationships that generate opportunities greater than $100M
* Broad experience working with the DOD, DHS, IC, and FBI is also preferred
* 4-year degree in Engineering, Business, (or equivalent); Advanced degree preferred
