Senior Manager, Sales (CPG)

We're looking for a Senior Manager to join the CPG Beauty, Personal and Home Care team! As a senior leader you will manage a team of Managers and Account Executives across the vertical. You will need to have natural leadership skills; the ability to coach, develop, and challenge your direct reports; and strong senior level client-facing skills. Vertical leaders should have a deep understanding of the performance of top accounts within the vertical and a point of view on how they would accelerate growth in their vertical over the next 12-24 months.

What you'll do:
- Have command of and be responsible for the growth of beauty, personal and home care verticals at Snap and be able to inform client teams on trends in these verticals
- Manage a team of Managers and Account Executives
- Build and manage relationships with key senior clients and agency partners
- Hold your team accountable to revenue quotas and KPIs
- Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies and narratives
- Understand broad vertical trends and translate into strategic areas and opportunities to drive growth of the business
- Assist Sales leadership with determining individual quotas and account lists for team members
- Coach, mentor and help grow high performers to drive cross-company collaboration and impact beyond achievement to quota
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent years of experience
- 7+ years of experience managing a team
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (internally and externally)
- Can facilitate meetings with multiple senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Embodies Snap values
- Ability to travel 50%+ of the time
- 10+ years experience in digital media space
- Pre-existing relationships with brand marketers within the Beauty + Personal Care vertical and advertising agencies
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
- 5+ years of experience managing managers
