Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Understand employment markets, compensation data, and hiring trends and present relevant information to hiring teams
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and human resources to identify accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Coordinate with HR regarding staff vacancies and ensure successful onboarding
  • Collaborate with the credentialling manager to ensure timely onboarding
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
  • Identify the most successful job placement platforms for candidate recruiting, e.g. social media, recruiting firms, etc.
  • Manage and update job postings across job placement platforms, responding timely to applicants
  • Develop networks/partnerships to build pipeline of candidates
  • Screen candidate information/resumes, plan interviews and build selection procedures
  • Design interview questions for each employee type
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Maintain recruiting Key Performance Indicators
  • Design a key stakeholder onboarding toolkit
  • Schedule interviews and approved dinners

Qualifications:
  • Must be local to Denver, CO
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
  • Greater than 3 years of previous talent acquisition/recruiting experience required
  • Experience with Provider recruiting highly encouraged
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of recruiting techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
