The role will be responsible for creating, nurturing, and evolving a culture of continuous learning with three levels of clients - senior stakeholders, managers, and employees. There are four primary dimensions to the role: raising awareness of opportunities to learn; maximizing engagement with opportunities to learn; seeking sentiment about opportunities to learn; and demonstrating impact from opportunities to learn. Through these dimensions, the role will utilize Technology Learning's resources, UI and UX platforms and tools, and standardized collateral.
The role will collaborate with Line of Business Leadership, Tech Center Leadership (including Learning and Career Path leads) and any regional Leadership teams as applicable. Close collaboration is also expected with other roles that can further the learning agenda, such as HR Business Advisors and client-aligned communication representatives. As part of the wider Digital, Operations and Technology Learning organization, they will also be required to support group wide initiatives through collaborating in squads.

Core Responsibilities
Learning Strategy
- Establish Global Technology & Infrastructure (GTI) Technology learning strategies aligned to GT Vision / Product Model to recommend appropriate performance solutions in partnership with the Learning Product Owners. Identify learning priorities (up-skilling & re-skilling) for users aligned to Global Technology and client-specific vision
- Become thoroughly familiar with aligned client direction, strategy, initiatives and expectations to ensure the learning strategy delivers business value
- Support the development / rollout of key initiatives linked to Global Technology priorities & contribute towards key Global Technology learning priorities
Client Support & Relationship Management
- Manage Client Relationships and provide consultation & recommendations on learning products and learning solutions
- Consult with GTI leadership to support the modernization and Talent 2.0 agenda aligned to performance-based learning
- Share client sentiment on core learning opportunities and initiatives with the Strategy team and Learning Product Owners
- Create a culture of learning through embedding formal & informal learning within the organization aligned to the performance needs. This is indicated through the engagement of technologists with elective learning that helps in achieving business outcomes & development of skillsets
Communications & Marketing of Learning Products
- Partner with Digital Operations & Technology Learning & Business Communication leads to market Technology Learning initiatives, resources, and platforms
- Share Learning Product updates with the relevant stakeholders leveraging various communication channels (e.g., Tech center leadership meetings, Regional Tech Center Meetings, Ignite communities, Accelerator teams etc.)

- Analyze learning data to determine appropriate actions required to achieve agreed outcomes and success measures

Qualifications, Experience & Attributes
- Degree with appropriate Financial Services / HR / Learning & Development or Business degree preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services of which at least 2 should be in a similar role & profile
- Proven consulting, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong executive presence with and ability to deliver succinct impactful messaging
- Proven ability to embrace change and quickly learn the applicability of new concepts specifically related to the application of digital technologies)
- Strong experience in training design / solutions utilizing multiple approaches (classroom, web ex, e-learning, communities of practice etc.)
