eCommerce Campaign Manager

Lasko Products, an industry leader of home environment products for over 100 years, is seeking an experienced eCommerce Campaign Manager.

We are looking for a capable self-starter with retail media experience to manage ecommerce and conversion campaigns for the Lasko family of brands. The position sits within the Ecommerce team and reports to the Sr. Manager Digital Marketing & eCommerce. This opportunity can be fully remote, but the ability to work east coast hours is required.

The Role:
Through collaboration with the eCommerce team, business unit leads, our retail platform partners and other stakeholders, the campaign manager will lead on various tasks associated with our ecommerce business, including but not limited to:

  • Launching/optimizing/maintaining campaigns across multiple retail platforms such as Amazon Advertising and Walmart Connect.
  • Similarly, managing Direct-to-Consumer conversion campaigns with platforms like Klaviyo, Meta Ads, etc.
  • Refining and improving on Lasko Products’ suite of tools and partnerships for ecommerce and digital marketing, and staying on top of industry trends.
  • Lastly, serving as an internal champion for and educator on advertising and smart use of retailer data as a key lever of growth for our brands.

Experience:

  • The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in these platforms managing campaigns for other reputable manufacturers in a corporate or agency setting.
  • It will be crucial to build relationships and influence various stakeholders from leadership teams to sales executives to peers; flexibility and an assertive communication style are a mandatory.
  • Background in PPC advertising is a plus (search, social, programmatic)—certifications from recent training is great, but on-the job examples will be most valuable
  • Solid understanding of ad technology including campaign setup, campaign monitoring, pixel placement, conversion tracking, attribution methods, and other important campaign processes will be important
  • Experience in various industries is desirable, especially durable goods or technology verticals
  • Fluency in Shopify and their app ecosystem is helpful but not required
  • Bachelor's degree or better in Marketing or related field
