Sr. Manager, Business Strategy Channel of Choice & Digital Adoption

Your Opportunity

This Sr. Manager role will create Investor Services (Retail) Digital Self-Service and Adoption Strategy for Retail Contact Center as part of the Channel of Choice team. This role will report to the Managing Director and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the client service, digital and marketing organizations to create a multi-year strategic plan. The senior manager will develop, analyze and report on success metrics to support the developed strategy.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Establishing a deep understanding of our clients and our business, leveraging a data-driven approach to building the self-service strategy that aligns to our business strategic goals.
  • Steering and influencing top digital service opportunities to build consensus within the organization.
  • Rallying across Schwab to collaborate and partner on advancing clients' digital adoption of our self-service tools and measure success towards target goals.
  • Strong ability to present fact base client behaviors to influence and effectively build relationships, establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence.
  • Work directly with key business partners to participate in design on funded digital enhancements to meet clients' needs and synergy savings.
  • Create and update progress reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly

What you have

  • Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
  • 5+ years of strategy experience, preferably in management consulting or internal strategy
  • Strategic and creative thinking with strong business judgment and analytical skills, who can effectively frame and communicate client and business opportunities.
  • Experience with balancing objectives, analytical orientation with a desire to move things to conclusion and deliver results.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex and nuanced interpersonal issues to build trust among business partners.
  • Strong emotional intelligence/maturity and executive presence.
  • Expert influencing and relationship building skills.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to specific audiences.
  • Proficient in Tableau and or business intelligence data tools.
