Staff Accountant
Classification: Staff Accountant
Compensation: $50000.00 to $65000.00 yearly

This Staff Accountant position is for candidates who can prepare journal entries, monthly closings, and general ledger reconciliation. This company, based in the South Jersey area, offers a challenging and multi-faceted opportunity where effort is rewarded.
Your responsibilities in this role:
- Manually entering credits that need to be applied to invoices
- Requesting invoices, contracts, and backup and uploading documentation for audit
- Uploading customer specific invoices via Excel
- Converting Excel invoices into PDF
- Running and saving reports to the shared drive
- Entering new customers into system
The ideal Staff Accountant will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Other requirements for the Staff Accountant position include and are not limited to:
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products such as Excel, Outlook and Word
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of efficient office procedures and practices
