About inVibe Labs:
inVibe helps healthcare organizations better understand their customers by capturing authentic stories and analyzing the acoustic and linguistic signals in the voice. We utilize unique voice methodologies, in conversation-like interviews, enabling low-friction, high-speed data collection, combined with sociolinguistic analysis and AI-powered acoustic metrics to deliver powerful, emotional, and strategic insights about what customers say, how they say it, and why it matters. Many studies also include a quantitative arm to complement the voice research, providing additional information to enrich the analysis.
Market Research Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for creating research surveys, analyzing data, identifying insights, crafting visually effective slides, and communicating with clients.
Specific job responsibilities include:
- Act as the client point of contact on assigned projects (lead meetings, presentations, and email communications)
- Draft screeners and surveys for creative research projects
- Monitor the quality of the data collected and communicate progress internally and externally to clients
- Analyze research results and create graphical displays to convey the implications of the data
- Create reports that include effective graphs, tables, summaries, and compelling stories
- Collaborate with internal teams throughout the research process
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in a professional business environment
- Minimum required education: BA/BS degree
An ideal candidate would have experience with the following:
- Managing a research project from beginning to end (survey development, fielding, analysis, and reporting)
- Leading client and internal communications
- Utilizing a variety of different research methods
- Working with sample design and weighting issues
- Using software tools (SPSS, Q, Excel) to deliver results
- Creating reports with PowerPoint
Competencies:
- Proven success in both independent and collaborative working environments
- Able to handle working with different teams on multiple tasks, projects with competing priorities, and tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate information in a creative and visual way
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive in identifying and solving problems as well as to learning more about market research and existing clients businesses
