Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Leading and inspiring the team
- Accountable for ensuring team and department goals are met
- Interview and hire the right call center representatives
- Train call center processes to new team members
- Coach and provide ongoing training to personnel
- Collect and analyze call-center metrics
- Evaluate individual performance with key metrics
- Responsible for driving team and department efficiency
