Job Description

Kensington Bank is seeking a well-qualified Bank Operations team member who makes accuracy a priority while possessing immaculate organizational skills. This individual will aspire to deliver timely, friendly, and accurate operational expertise to bank customers and fellow team members.

What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service for bank products and services including internet banking, debit cards, mobile banking, mobile deposit, remote deposit capture, cash management, ACH origination.
  • Responsible for verifying the balances of the daily downloads/uploads for ACH, incoming and outgoing cash letter and internet banking transactions.
  • Process overdraft and return items, mobile deposits, participation loan payments and advances, cash management ACH origination files, and process remote deposit capture deposits.
  • Originate ACH payments and transfers.
  • Create, originate and verify outgoing wires. Receive and process incoming wires.
  • Responsible for reconciling the return item report and mailing the overdraft, transfer, and other daily notices.
  • Respond to emails from branch staff and from outside the bank.
  • Investigate and process debit card fraud cases.

Must Haves

  • Skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer and communication skills as well as utilization of office equipment
  • Travel as business needs require
  • Prefer a high school degree and/or 1-2 years of experience in a related position
