The Kreation Organic family is looking to add an energetic, fun, and friendly Krew member to its team:

The Barista is a brand champion and an example of service, teamwork, and awesomeness. The role will support the Store Krew by Kreating exceptional food, juices, and smoothies, coffees, and maintaining Kreation’s standards for Service, Style, Selection, and Excellence. The Barista exemplifies Kreation Kulture by delivering superior taste, presentation, and quality.

• Champions Kreation Service with energetic, friendly, and prompt greetings immediately upon making eye contact with guests
• Committed to exceptional standards for quality, consistency, taste, presentation, and proper customization of orders; works quickly and efficiently to deliver fast and accurate preparation of guest orders
  
• Always finds a way to deliver a positive and Komplete guest experience and keeps them coming back!

Requirements

Kualifications:

• Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30 pounds up to 5 times per shift.
• Must be comfortable with some exposure to steam, high/low temperatures, and humidity.
• Flexible, schedule/ must be available weekends and closing shifts.
• High energy, awesome communication, team-orientation, and diligent worker
• Must have Food Handler’s Card and pass all the requisite training and certifications assigned to the role
