Billing Representative III - Home Care and Hospice Scottsbluff

Regional West Health Services is a large multi-site healthcare system located in rural Scottsbluff, Nebraska that is seeking an engaging Billing Representative III for our Home Health department.

In rising to this challenge, complete billing for the Home Care and Hospice teams. You will provide support for general secretarial duties, project management, billing, regulatory compliance, coordination of meetings and be responsible for creation and maintenance of all departmental administrative files.

As our Billing Representative III, you will:

• Perform all billing functions required by Home Care and Hospice teams
• Review daily charge report, weekly and monthly logs, the care post rejection list, and the daily audit
• Transcribe and distribute minutes at/from billing and administrative related meetings

You may be a good fit if you have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of experience in a billing and administrative support role
• Computer experience and skillset with Microsoft Office systems
