On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Air Force ISR strategies. You'll work with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning using tools like MS Project, Deltek Cobra, Jira, Confluence, Mural and regular interactions with operators, SMEs, schedulers, customers, project analysts, and budget analysts. Work with us and help assess practicality, quality, performance, and risks associated with client-provided schedules. Perform schedule and cost risk analysis to determine a probabilistic schedule and cost at project completion. Lead client teams to develop IMSs and monitor execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. Manage and support multiple projects and program schedules to effectively communicate to all levels within the portfolio, from project teams to upper management. Interface with the client and vendors on scheduling issues relevant to the assigned program. Prepare and present briefings on schedule status and health to varying levels of management. Provide earned value management (EVM), schedule resource loading, schedule risk analysis, and the establishment of project management processes. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: * Experience with developing, managing, and integrating large project schedules and performing critical path analysis using Microsoft (MS) Project * Experience with risk management, including identification, quantification, analysis, and controlling and monitoring * Experience with developing resource loaded schedules or EVM * Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Ability to work with subject matter experts and various stakeholders to design and implement a Schedule Management Plan (SMP) * Ability to track, manage and prioritize multiple tasks * Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: * Experience with consulting for the federal government, the Intelligence Community (IC), the Department of Defense (DoD), or FEDSIM programs * Experience with performing schedule risk assessments (SRA) and enterprise risk assessments * Experience with leading teams performing assessments of schedules and other project control data and communicating priority findings to clients * Experience with data science or data visualization tools, including R, Tableau, Power BI, or Python * Experience with MS Access, Deltek Open Plan, and/or Oracle Primavera * Knowledge of statistics, specifically stochastic analysis * Ability to design and deliver scheduling training and train others on scheduling best practices * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and manage multiple clients and team engagements * Master's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Quantitative Economics, Finance, or Engineering * PMI-PMP, EVP, PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), AACEi Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
