OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Campus Recruiter will act as a talent advisor to hiring leaders while providing full cycle recruitment services supporting product development, engineering, and other technical roles. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will build strong relationships with candidates, promoting the best experience to all candidates by demonstrating the company value, culture, and mission. You will be making a direct impact utilizing your skills to capture top talent while helping people achieve their career aspirations. This person has the opportunity to really own the Campus Recruiting program for this organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate process, including resume/phone screening, technical assessments, interviews, selection, offers, salary negotiation and onboarding
  • Coordinate and participate in campus recruiting activities such as information sessions, career fairs & networking receptions/dinners etc.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with career centers, faculty and students
  • Participate in the planning and execution of diversity-focused initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity for all candidates throughout the process; provide timely feedback and ensure requisition management
  • Develop an external network within the marketplace to understand competition, salaries, and make recommendations to the team based on this knowledge
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within technology or financial services a plus
  • Proven experience in building and managing diverse pipelines including Global Networking
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical talent in a high-growth environment within the technology industry
  • Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or related field
