Elbi of America, a tank manufacturer and plumbing materials wholesaler, is looking for a Quality & Claims Specialist for its California warehouse, located in Anaheim, CA.
The ideal candidate has matured a couple of years of experience as Claims adjuster or in Quality Control, and is familiar with Plumbing products.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Be responsible for the quality control process
• Inspect merchandise received at the warehouse
• Verify the product conformance to technical specification
• Verify the adherence to product legislation
• Perform quality control tests on sample items, using our testing equipment
• Be responsible for the Claims management process
• Collect, document, and evaluate claim data, assessing the legitimacy of claims received
• Interface with claimants and/or insurance companies to negotiate and settle claims
What You Need to Succeed:
• At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a Customer Service, Quality Control or Claims Administrator position
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Prior knowledge of the plumbing industry and plumbing parts terminology is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to learn plumbing installation fundamentals is a must.
